you know what, i cant really think of a title

you know what, i cant really think of anything to put in this post either. i haven't been able to think about a lot of things the past few days. all caught up in this anuptaphobia thing. its starting to get to me. i dont understand what i should do. paper or plastic. such a choice. what?
